When you cry fire in a crowded theatre and there isn’t one, are you responsible for the outcome, in the same way as a drunk driver? Ashli’s death wasn’t premeditated. Causality from Trump’s deranged state of mind makes him mentally unfit to stand trial for manslaughter? Trump has made any ‘GOP’ claim of executive privilege lame.

Rupert should be indicted as well.
