When we add Darwin’s insight to the truth we think came from Jesus we get a new gospel.

Can you imagine Jesus saying, “It’s okay to teach children with a lie.”?  Could he say, “It’s okay to use childish make-believe and slander God.”? What if he taught folks the truth and simply said “God did not curse Eve.”?

If Jesus did not think children should be taught with a lie and Duke’s seminarians agree, how do we tweak the ‘gospel’ and help those who respect the real teachings from Jesus educate children with the whole truth?

What if three wise men should show up at the time Jesus was born, the stable is optional, and proclaimed “Behold. the babe that will free Israel the world from the fraud that claims Eve made Adam fall.”?

For starters, no one would need to believe ‘God’ gets pissed at mammals who often think of themselves as human beings.  No one would be taught that Satan was real or that there would be a judgement day were souls were cast into hell. That’s a paradigm shift that brings the end to the KKK, as well as Judaism 1 and 2.0. SCOTUS will no longer be required to circle the wagons for the Pope because the Pope will no longer be needed to help educate Americans with ignorance stamped holy. When the ignorance is done away with no one needs to be a Christian or a Jew.
