A rib fib makes Catholics tell a lie.
A rib fib makes all Christians tell a lie.
A rib bone fib makes Dixie’s Klan wear hoods.
and tell children that God sends souls to hell.
No one ate fruit from a forbidden tree. *
We’ve all got tailbones that don’t grow a tail.

If Jesus spoke with truth he did not lie. *
When Christians do it leaves godliness flawed.
When SCOTUS claims ‘we can’t let the lie die’
the ‘body of Christ’ exalts ‘God’ with fraud.

Who thinks it’s wise to covet ignorance?
The fullness of time helped Charles Darwin see.
Can God bless folks who say the lie is true?
If you think ‘Christ’ is real, you are not free.

The stations of the cross obscure the lie
using a rib fib to lead folk astray.
There was no fall. The Torah’s elders lied.
The lie fosters integrity’s decay.
