goad v. past tense: goaded; past participle: goaded
1.provoke or annoy (someone) so as to stimulate some action or reaction.

If someone is ‘inert’, can they goad someone whose been ‘goated?’

goated: “Someone who has been sucker punched by a rib bone fib.”
