God’s amazing grace
starts with a tall tale.
No one ate fruit from a forbidden tree.
A rib fib trips folk
with the fear of hell.
God must use a fool to set captives free.

The fullness of time helps everyone see
there is no reason to believe in hell.
Odds are pretty good most of us who’ve died
have no memory of our corpses shell.
