Cognitive dissonance is often cancelled with literacy. You could say ‘the whole truth helps bring clarity to the mind.’ (Surely someone has.)
At divinity.duke.edu we see the subversion of literacy.
Duke’s faculty uses its collective faculties to raise the bar for potential chaos by embellishing fertile fiction. The KKK cannot exist without the fiction that embodies imperfect conjecture. How does divinity.duke.edu accomplish this?
The short answer is “The faculty structures irrational fear with a rib bone fib and the blood of a glorified lamb.” When you place lipstick on the lamb you are able to use Christmas and Easter to obscure the truth about what really happened to Jesus, if he walked upon the Earth as a living breathing human being. Some folks actually question that reality. We know Moses did not see a burning bush or part the Red Sea. We know Mary was not impregnated by the Holy Spirit. How do we know this? Everyone has a tailbone that illuminates the fallacy claiming ‘Adam’ was created in the image of ‘God.’ Our anatomy proves Genesis is false. When we covet falsehoods, local church members become anarchists who rebel against the truth and exalt God (and our implanted memories of ‘Jesus’) with a lie.
God did not curse Eve.
The Bible begins with a lie. The NT puts lipstick on the lie and the lipstick helps Transylvanians believe they will go to heaven because there’s power in the lie. (The worship experience helps folk believe the lie is true.)
