“‘When the curtain of darkness is peeled away’
we empower justice for all.”

When Christian pastors lie, they screw the pooch.
They lie when they tell children ‘God’ cursed ‘Eve.’
The lie helps them claim ‘Christ’ rose from the dead.
When fools covet the lie some neighbors grieve.

Humility helps liars start over.
That means they don’t tell children ‘God’ cursed Eve.
Remember Curly’s Gold? “It’s a do-over!”
When truth is lord the Klan can’t make us grieve.

There’s absolutely no good reason
our children should be taught to believe
the men and women exalting Jesus Christ
should be allowed to lie and deceive.

“The stations of the cross obscure the lie
using a rib fib to lead folk astray.
There was no fall. The Torah’s elders lied.
The lie fosters integrity’s decay.”
