The equation A + B = C contains three variables. The third is dependent on the domains or values of the first two. If we say ‘A and B are both time dependent‘ the proper solution becomes clear over time. C cannot become clear without the ‘fullness of time.’

I gave the Pentagon a ‘firing solution.’ They chose not to act. That window of time has passed. Now we are at another Seldon crises, with the same solution available for overcoming cognitive dissonance.
