What if ‘C’ represented ‘due diligence’ and SCOTUS says “we cannot accept the whole truth because the Constitution requires that we protect perjured truth. God cannot be permitted to bless America with freedom from the rib bone fib. The Pope wants to make America a Christian nation and ‘we aims to please.’“

Would such a scenario validate or prove the charge of high treason was not superfluous? China gets it. John does not.
