The desire to escape public accountability is the GOP’s raison d’être. In order to “thwart” responsible behavior in government it relies on subterfuge that promotes the sad state of illiteracy in many distinctly conservative republican constituents. When the blind are able to lead the blind into an age where millions are told we should “melt the polar ice caps and wait for Jesus to parachute out of the sky with an assault rifle” Uncle Sam’s fondness for truth has floundered.

SCOTUS could fix this but SCOTUS is the actual cornerstone for the anarchy. John and his cohorts thinks its okay to help charlatans do God’s will, screw the pooch, and melt the polar ice caps, because God is going to give them a new heaven and a new Earth.

But God isn’t and future generations will suffer for the deliberate hubris that infects the GOP with the inability to wash Justitia’s feet.
