Can swearing to uphold the Constitution lead to the forfeiture of common sense? Can the Constitution be used to grant Immunity to perjured truth?

If the act of swearing still allows us the freedom to say “Justice for all cannot coexist with mandatory acquiescence to perjured truth” the Constitution cannot be used to sponsor perjured truth.

SCOTUS allows America’s children to be clubbed with religious fraud.

If the spirit of the vision that gave us our Constitution empowers justice for all, then SCOTUS must protect all citizens, including children, from exposure to perjured truth.

Emergent truth illuminates the fact God did not make Adam and Eve. The Joint Chiefs must acknowledge that John 3:16 serves as camouflage for the perjured truth, and renounce its acquiescence to the ignorance now dividing Americans with ‘the hope of heaven.’
