‘People of Praise’

All: “We do not want to embrace the truth
or use it to praise ‘God.’
We’d rather covet our ignorance
and taint worship with fraud.

“We want the freedom to ignore
the news that comes from DNA.
We’d rather believe our rib bone fib
conveys truth that should light our way.”

“Our faith does not require … integrity.
It’s wrong to call it ‘childish make-believe.’
We’d rather eat fruit from a forbidden tree
and pretend that our fraud does not deceive.”

“We need the fiction claiming God made Adam
and want to believe God sends souls to hell.
We don’t want to believe that truth from heaven
explains the reason why we have no tail.”

The Basics

No one who exalts ‘Christ’ can walk with truth.
The rib bone fib taints God’s grace with a lie.
There was no fall from ‘Original Sin.’
The lie’s a beam in every Christian’s eye.

Satan isn’t real. Jesus died.

“The stations of the cross obscure the lie
using a rib fib to lead folk astray.
There was no fall. The Torah’s elders lied.
The lie fosters integrity’s decay.”

“When grace illuminates truth that’s flawed
