When an ‘inviolate’ document is used to sanction perjured truth it cannot be inviolate.
Subject matter: Opinionated bigotry cannot be protected by the Establishment Clause
How do we discern the presence of bigotry that does not represent grace from ‘God?’ If bigotry is counterproductive to the empowerment of equality, liberty, and justice for all, because bigotry is defined as ‘obstinate or unreasonable attachment to a belief, opinion, or faction; in particular, prejudice against a person or people on the basis of their membership of a particular group’ … how do we square the circle that allows the freedom to believe in the existence of God to coexist with the freedom not to walk with ‘godliness that denies the power thereof?’
When the courts allow Truth to reign as lord, by allowing Truth to represent grace from ‘God,’ regardless of whether members of any judicial body actually believe in the existence of ‘God,’ the efficacy of Truth eliminates the problematic nature of bigotry in general.
