If a party can be found guilty of slander in an American court, and that courts represents justice for all, can God be excluded?

No.

When the Anti Christ indicts Genesis for slandering God, can the relevant evidence, or proof of the matter, be excluded with the use of establishment (of religion) clause?

If anyone is inclined to answer with ‘Yes,’ God has been or is being denied an opportunity for justice that demands a verdict. Why?

If God is real, and ‘justice for all’ includes justice for God, God is omnipotent. If ‘justice for all’ cannot include justice for God, God cannot be omnipotent.

Roman Catholicism claims that God is omnipotent.

Darwinism and DNA prove God did not curse Eve.

Genesis and ‘the body of Christ’ represent empirical evidence of causality from the slander.

When God is the recipient of justice, and Darwin and DNA replace the ‘curse against Eve,’ human beings are freed from the fraud that culminated with the belief in Original Sin.

When Judaism 1 and 2.0 are deprived of their ability to manipulate people with imperfect intellectualism God will have been freed from the slander that made ‘Him’ the catalyst for the murder of Jesus.

Can using ‘Darwin’ and ‘DNA’ as evidence to free God from association with a false witness make anyone antisemitic?

No.
