The NT writers resurrected the memory of Jesus with fiction. They attached their fiction to the narrative about a forbidden tree. We can imagine their intent was to reach those who had abandoned heresy’s ship and left orthodox Judaism’s childish make-believe.
Teaching children to believe NT fiction represents literal truth is an act of ‘careless love.’
The Pope has built his house on the slander that claims God cursed Eve.
John and his colleagues know that ‘God’ did not and the failure to allow that truth to reach the body of Christ is a breach of justice for all. (due diligence) Should they wonder, think or speculate about how to rectify the ‘careless love’ that currently exacerbates many of America’s ills?
