21st-century catechisms can only empower equality, liberty, and justice for all when those who believe in the existence of ‘God’ allow emergent truth to represent grace from ‘God.’ Truth is the cornerstone for liberation theology (aka ‘the rapture’). We already have many examples where time has revealed imperfect truth. When fertile fiction perjures truth it is not a gateway for more perfect wisdom, knowledge, or understanding. Replacing Adam and Eve with Darwinism and DNA allows us to eradicate the religious ignorance that leads to chaos, division, and strife. The failure to do so perpetuates political interference from those who walk with ‘a form of godliness that denies the power thereof.’ (The real reason for the season cannot empower high treason.)
There are some among us who believe we should simply outgrow the belief in God. Atheists must understand such a stance is a bridge too far for millions of acolytes currently embracing heresy as grace from ‘God.’ Liberation theology is our best option for creating an environment where we can ditch the fallacious beliefs in damnation or eternal life and replace them with the literacy that allows social cohesion to overcome the chaos from racism’s toxicity.
When we resurrect the actual teachings from Jesus without the interference from atonement doctrine’s fraudulent influence we resurrect Jesus without the shackles that corrupt those teachings with the imagery of Judaism 2.0.
