Theological Correctness

Dear ‘B. T.’ (Tax Integrity Chief)
(NC Department of Commerce)
My name is William and I am ‘the Anti Christ.’ The paperwork that was filed in August has been a long work in progress. It actually began in the spring of 1973. To make a long story short, I have not filed the Form 1023 with the IRS and expect that when or if I do so, the status of LFJ.org will form as a 501(c)(4) organization.
I do have an EIN number. XX-XXXXXX. I do not expect to receive support that will require the paper work for donations that are tax deductible. There are no salaries being paid to anyone, and should there be any, they will begin with me. I believe I will have access to funds that will allow this entity to be self funding so, in one sense the case is moot. I expect to pay taxes to the State and Federal branches, through the more traditional channels. The 1st of January is only 60 days away and I hope to have the missing pieces of the puzzle clarified by then. (There appears to be an internal struggle among the company’s ‘happiness engineers’.)
At this point in time the EIN number is about all I have from ‘temporal authorities’ though I have begun reviewing the 1023, et al.
I hope this helps the momentary need for correspondence and await any further questions pertaining to the nature of the mission for (https) LFJ.org and my obligations to Tarheels in general. 😉 (Technically, the site is not under state or federal jurisdiction because of the Constitution’s guarantee of free speech.)
