If we were able to agree that respectable society does not allow children to be taught with ignorance stamped holy, we would not have Christians, Muslims, or Jews living in America.

Allowing the freedom of religion clause to sanction ignorance, because it has become the bedrock of Abrahamic monotheism, impedes our pursuit of equality, liberty and justice for all.
