Can we imagine the hosts of PBS’s NEWSHOUR talking to Americans about the elephant in almost every room? Perhaps ‘Judy’ could ask ‘Newt’ if he believes America’s school children should be influenced by the fact they have tailbones. If teaching citizens tailbones change the face of theology in America, by empowering equality, liberty and justice for all, would it be a sin to burn the Pope in effigy? If we did, would we be able to teach elementary students about DNA, if they live in Texas (or North Carolina)?

If ‘Judy’ or ‘Margaret’ were to ask ‘Gnewt’ what value intellectual integrity should play in  D. C.’s fidelity to our  Constitution and Bill of Rights, would Newt be able to step up to the plate and hit a grand slam? Would he say ‘we’ve waffled on our commitment to justice for all?’ Would he admit that ‘atonement doctrine has caused integrity to degenerate in everyone who claims to be in Christ Jesus?’ Would he say ‘God cannot possibly saves souls with fraud’ and ‘replacing Adam and Eve with Wallace and Darwin would go a long way toward empowering America with the vision held by our founding fathers.’?

Those four objectives, effectively burn Catholicism in effigy. What’s left of Judaism 1.0 after 2.0 inherits the whirlwind? Frankly that is of little concern to the Anti Christ. The primary role of the Anti Christ’s is to devalue the need for atonement doctrine, by freeing the memory of Jesus from the imagery of Christ. Christians and Jews who choose to respect the integrity of emergent Truth cannot live in denial of it. Denial allows them to continue to pervert the status quo by calling themselves Christians and Jews. If we want to think we can ‘help Muslims become more literate human beings’ we must begin by removing the beams in the eyes of all Christians and Jews. (What Jesus said.)
