chief justice: “We don’t hate Wallace and Darwin. We know we all have tailbones and that Genesis is a myth. The Constitution prevents us from serving God in a manner that would empower equality, liberty and literacy for all. We were mistaken to believe that God is omnipotent and all-powerful. The ignorance that anoints the memory of Jesus with the imagery of Christ must be respected and tolerated. We have no authority over perjured Truth because the freedom clause protects the perjured Truth.”

chief justice: “I’m a little uncomfortable saying ‘God is impotent.’ We cannot teach children with emergent truth without a Constitutional amendment that forbids us from sanctioning perjured Truth. The devil’s in the details even though we know Satan is just another myth contributing to our division and strife.”
